Any personal details that customers of the Jarman Centre supply on our Enquiry Form or on our Booking Form will be entered into a secure database on servers at the third party company that provides our booking system. They will store the personal information provided on their secure password and firewall-protected servers. All electronic communications and transactions between the Jarman Centre and the booking system are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to assist safe transmission.
Our booking system provider’s software (application and data) is further backed up by the UK’s leading data centre, Rackspace, which has achieved ISO 27001/2 certification, a globally accepted ‘gold seal’ specification for ISMS (Information Security Management System).
All personal data are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and are only accessible by the Jarman Centre and the server administrators at the booking system provider.
